MIA Mobile app for iPhone and iPad

With the MIA® app, you can easily and intuitively describe your health concern directly from a smart device, and safely forward it to your nearby healthcare provider. The MIA® app guides you through your regular medical journey supporting the most common and important health issues. After youve used the MIA® app, your GP can engage in a real time audio-visual consultation, send digital medical advice or simply invite you for an in-person clinical visit.

Instead of connecting you with an unfamiliar GP, the MIA® app focusses on enhancing your existing relationship and communication with your own GP when in need of medical advice or help. The MIA® app is part of the MIA Suite, designed to enhance work processes within your chosen healthcare practice.

How can you use this app?
In order to use this app, you need to contact the practice or clinic using the MIA Suite platform. Please contact your practice or clinic to find out if they offer MIA Suite services. If your practice or clinic uses the MIA Suite, they can invite you by sending you a download link by email.

Step 1:
Easily create a secured MIA account with your email address. Two-factor authentication is supported.

Step 2:
Select your clinic on the map or by using the searchbar, register or log in, and you are ready to clarify your complaint easily from home or on the go.

Step 3:
Receive simple advice, an invitation for a digital consultation or a clinic visit.
